How to check for apache version

1) httpd -v

OR

1) httpd --version

OR

1) /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -v
should look like:
Server version: Apache/1.3.41 (Unix)
Server built:   Oct 15 2009 06:38:57
Cpanel::Easy::Apache v3.2.0 rev4793
